Advertising spend (ad spend) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google is paid directly by the client to the relevant platform. Ad spend is separate from Golden Marketing's service fees and is not included in any quoted price unless explicitly stated. Golden Marketing does not guarantee specific results from advertising spend, as performance depends on many factors including audience, market conditions, and creative assets.
Golden Marketing provides digital marketing services including but not limited to website design, social media advertising, Google Business optimisation, SEO, and content creation. The specific deliverables for each engagement will be outlined in the proposal or agreement provided to the client.
While we work diligently to achieve the best possible results for our clients, Golden Marketing does not guarantee specific outcomes such as:
Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, client responsiveness, and platform algorithm changes. We report transparently on all performance metrics so you can see exactly what's working.
Late payments may result in services being paused until the account is brought up to date.
All monthly services are provided on a month-to-month basis. Either party may end the engagement with 30 days' written notice. There are no cancellation fees or lock-in contracts. One-off projects that have commenced may not be eligible for a full refund — any refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis relative to work already completed.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Golden Marketing's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. Golden Marketing is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage, including loss of revenue, profit, or data.
